Q.

Ear Wax

Hi

My four year son has always been healthy- no ear problems at all.

I noticed that when I look in his ear canal u can see big blobs of wax. Unlike my other two kids his wax is never seen exiting the ear. These wax are quite deep. I have been using ceremol for three days now but it doesnt seem to have any effect.

Should I be at all concerned about it/

Thank You

There is no need to be concerned about your son's ear wax if it not causing him any hearing problems or other symptoms.Ear wax is a natural defence mechanism in the ear canals. Do not try and remove the wax with an ear bud as you will only push it deeper into the ear canal.
