Q.

Duolin

I have a nebuliser and am trying to get rid of my 2year old' s mucous problem.

Do I use the whole Duolin respule or must it be diluted with a saline solution?

You need to dilute the Duolin with 1ml of normal saline. Speak to your pharmacist.

Hi there, my LO has just come out of hospital with acute bronchiolitis, I nebulise him at home now with 1/2 an ampule of duolin and 1 ml of saline solution mixed. He is only 9.5 months thats probably why I am advised to use 1/2 the ampule.
