Your baby does seem to have a very sensitive and dry skin. This may be a form of eczema. Do you have a family history of eczema? You should be very careful not to use alkaline soaps or shampoos and avoid all bubble baths. When you bath your baby use Epizone E instead of soap and after bathing him apply Epimax for children on the dry areas of his skin.
