Q.

Does my son have sinus, what do I do?

He constantly has a blocked nose, sometimes it does not run, and I have nebulized him, given him acc and stodal and even boost up his vir away. I will start the humidifier tonight, what else?

It is time to take your son to be seen by an ENT specialist to find out why your son's nose is so blocked. The most likely reason is that he has enlarged adenoids.The usual treatments for a blocked nose in children have not helped so this is the most likely reason.
