can you give a child a half a disprin if he has a headace?

You do not say how old your child is. Disprin is a brand of aspirin. Aspirin should not be given to a child for fever or if there is a family history of aspirin allergy. Otherwise if your child is over 5 years and is not feverish when he/she complains of a headche you can give him/her half a Disprin.
