It seems as if your toddler has developed thrush on her tongue. Has she had an antibiotic lately? If not it is unusual for a child of this age to suddenly develop thrush.Use Nystatin oral solution 1ml 4 times a day for 5 days.If she is still drinking from a bottle make sure the teats are kept very clean and sterile until her mouth is better. If the problem persists it is important to have your little girl's immunity checked.
