my 7 month old son has had diarrhoea for about 2 days now. He is not dehydrated and he is drinking a lot of formula. The problem is that the formula just pases thru him in less than 5 mins. Could this be an infection or a sign of teething?? Is there any medication i can give him that will help, apart from the Dehydration solution??

Your baby has a gastro infection. This is not due to teething. Make sure that you give him frequent sips of a Rehidrat solution in addition to his usual formula. It is important to maintain his hydration. If his diarrhoea continues or if he starts to vomit he should be seen by a doctor or clinic nurse.

Good day. My boy is 6 months old. I've just started giving him Purity no.1. A day later he started having loose stools, we are now changing soiled nappies at least four times a day. Is it because of the Purity or is it a sign of teething?
