diaharrea

My son is 5 months old and has diaharrea(7 times so far for the day) with a slight fever and he doesn''t really want to take on the bottle or breast. he aslo never had he''s rotarex drops as it was not available from time of birth.He is on Isomil and been giving him Cerelac(rice) cereal since 4 months. could this be the rotavirus?? should i take him to a GP or peadiatrician???

Your baby has a viral gastro infection which could well be due to the Rotavirus. It would be best to ask your GP to see him just to be sure that he is not becoming dehydrated due to the frequent watery stools he is passing.
