Hi Doc

My daughter has just turned 9 and it would seem that her breasts have started to develope. Is she not to young for this? What age is considered to be the norm?

Children are entering puberty at steadily younger ages, although 9 years is a bit young. However this is not of great concern in a girl of this age and there is no need to see a doctor.
