detoxing for kids under 6

Hi Doc

my kids indulge on sweets and all those sweet things, and i need to find out if there is anything that i can detox them with, or should i stick to laxatives and which once do i use i have a 18months old boy and a 6 years old girl

You really do not to do this and do not give your children any laxatives either. Rather train them to eat healthily and provide alternatives to sweets such as fruit, nuts and vegetables such as carrots to nibble on. With your 18 month old son you still do need to be careful of him choking when he eats nuts, so it may be better to wait until he is a bit older before you give him nuts to eat.
