Hello again Prof. and thanks in advance for the great help you are!!
The paed prescribed my little girl as mentioned before deselex when she had a skin reaction to penecillan. It helped fantastically for that but besides that it really seemed to help for her nose. Then 3 weeks later she started with the runny nose and post nasal drip again and besides her seretide (4puffs daily) and the daily sprays of saline i gave her deselex - 2ml a day in the moring. It hasnt taken the runny nose away completely but it is keeping it a a runny nose....she coughs in the morning and once all the mucous is cleared from her throat etc she seems to be fine. The first lot of mucous of the morning is pale yellow but after that is out it is clear and thin. She suffers in the change of seasons and the runny nose goes to her chest. I wanted to try something else and I am so hoping it will work - i am sure she has an allergy to something in the air. My hubby has terrible sinus and she seems to have the same slime as when he does. Deselex seems to be lighter than Zyrtec which her previous paed put her on but it gave her nightmares. What i wanted to ask is is it safe and is 2ml ok - she weighs 15kg''s , is 2.8yrs old. I give it in the morning but would evening be better?

Thank you,you are very welcome.Deselex is a relatively new and safe non-sedating antihistamine. You are giving your little girl exactly the right dose. You can definitely continue to give her Deselex. Of course it is spring now and there is a lot of pollen in the air, especially grass and tree pollen.
