My 12 year old daughter keps complaining of a funny feeling she explains it as feeling daydreamy. She also says that she feels a little dizzy with it and slightly deaf. They las seconds over a 10 minute period. She also says that she feels like shes in a bubble looking out (an out of body feeling) and that she may faint. They only happen in the morning at the momment, but were in the afternoon. I feel helpless and dont no how to reasure her as she is beginning to become frightened. She is beginning to develop into puberty would this explain it?

Your daughter may be having a common problem seen in this age group called vaso-vagal episodes where there is a drop in the normal blood pressure and a tendency to faint. This is a temporary condition normally. Another possibility is low blood sugar. As she is having so many episosdes daily it would be best to ask your paediatrician to see her.
