Q.

Daily naps

Afternoon Doctor

My son is now 1 year and 3 weeks. He has a nap in the morning that can be anything from 1-2.5 hours. He doesn' t take a nap in the afternoon anymore. He goes to bed at 8-8:30 and will sleep through till about 7 the next morning.

Is this okay or should he still take an afternoon nap?

Thank you in advance.

This is excellent. This type of sleep pattern is common with very bright babies of his age.
