Crying 9 year old boy

My boy turns 9 next month. Has a younger sister. He lately tends to cry for no reason. When I ask him what''s wrong he blames everyone from me to his sister irritating him and friends blaming him for their fights when he tries intervening. Even the new rugby coach is a problem and he doesn''t want to play anymore. I tried explaining its normal to be irritated and angy but that somehow we need to find a way to work through it without hurting anybody. I see that he gets small pimples under his arms and was wondering about hormones. Can that have an influence on his behaviour. Thanks fot the help.

I am concerned about your son as he seems to be rather depressed at present. He is rather young to be entering puberty already so this is not a likely reason for his behaviour. It would be best to ask a child psychologist to see him first.
