Q.

Crawling

My LG of almost 9 months old (she' s 8 months and 3 weeks at the moment) is still not crawling. I know all babies are different, but my husband is asking every day when is she going to crawl, and I' m also a bit worried now. It' s still early days I think, but when should I be worried. We put her down on her stomach and she will stay like that for a little bit and then she will start complaining. She does not roll over yet as well. She does move around in her cot (I put her down in the middle and during hte night she would' ve moved right to the top). Should I be concerned?

You do not need to be concerned. Most babies only start crawling at around 10 months and many babies do not crawl at all but simply start walking when they are about 13 or 14 months.

Hi

My son is almost 9 months old as well and still not crawling. I was also worried at first as my daughter was crawling by 8 months. We also put him on his tummy, he can turn himself to both sides and manoveure a 180 degree turn without crawling, but thats its. He is also a bit plumpy, so i am guessing that is what is hindering him.
