Q.

cramps?

my baby boy is 2 weeks old and since his cord fell of his has been very restless. he often pulls himself stiff and pulls up his legs. i was told by a friend that it might be cramps i also phoned the clinic and the said to give him gripe water. is this so? he also has jaundice. i''ve been back and forth from hospital and it has subsequently come down . is there anything more i can do?

It seems that your baby has baby colic which is very common during the first 3 months of life. You can give your baby Gripe Water. If this does not help you may have to give him a colic remedy such as Bennett's Colic Remedy.If this does not help you should ask your nearest baby clinic for advice.
