Cradle Cap - 1 year old

Hi doc. Over the weekend I was pulling my fingers through my one year old sons hair. I discovered on the top of his head he had this yellowish dry flakes. It is only on the top of his head not on the sides or on the back. His hair is quite thick. His hair always gets wet when he takes his bath so we basicly wash it every day with Johnsons Baby Shampoo. Could it be cradle cap? What do you think should we do?

This does sound like cradle cap which is also known as seborrhoea. As your baby is a bit 'old' for this condition I would be happier if you asked your paediatrician to see him in order to make a diagnosis.
