Q.

Craddle cap

My son is 23 months and has craddle cap for about 5 months, i have tried anti fungal creams, different oils, craddle cap creams and now i am trying a new shampoo. The craddle cap is only concentrated in one area and becomes very itchy. Can you help with a remedy.

It is unusual that your son has the cradle cap in only one area and also that it only started 5 months ago. This sounds more like a fungal infection called tinea which needs to be treated with a medicine taken by mouth. Please ask a dermatologist to see your son so that the correct diagnosis can be made.
