Q.

Cows milk and formula mixing

My child is 2ys old. She drinks Nan HA 2 and refuses anything else. Recently a friend said that I should mix cows milk with formula to try to get her on it. She is taking it but becoming very constipated. What shall I do.

Your daughter must have been put on NAN HA2 because she was or still is allergic to cow's milk. She seems to still be doing well on the NAN HA2 and becomes constipated once regular cows milk is mixed with it. The obvious thing to do is to stop the cows milk. Try introducing a little regular cows milk when she is 2 and a half years old.
