Q.

Coughing during the night

My 3 year old son has been coughing for the last 4 nights. He is fine during the day. No runny nose or any fever. Just seems as if he is very tired during the day. He does rub his nose every now and then.
I tried Nitepax during the night, but it doesnt work at all.

Any cough medication that you can suggest.

Also wondering if it could be an allergy.

Paediatrician

There is a strong possibility that your son is allergic and in particular may have a nasal allergy with a post nasal drip or possibly early signs of asthma. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see him.
