Q.

Coughing constantly

hi doc i have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. on tues took my 2 year old to doc and has upper risperatory tract infection. on an antibiotic and combivent in nebuelizer. fever gone after 3 days now just bad cough. what can i do to help the cough? now my 4 year old started coughing and it doesnt stop. no fever though. we going away on sat and can not afford to have sick kids! i also cant afford the doc fees everytime. please help!

As both of your children have colds it is important to keep their noses clear so that mucous does not result in a post nasal drip and cause coughing.Use saline nosedrops or spray twice daily. Also give both children Mucospect to clear mucous from their chests.
