Q.

Coughing

Hi
My lb is 13 months old. He sometimes get' s a bit of a scratchy/dry cough. Is there something I can give him to prevent it from turning into a full blown cough? Maybe something that can relieve his throat a bit? Or must I take him to the dr every time he coughs? He has had so many courses of antibiotics last year I am worried that it is starting to affect his immune system. Also, can you recommend a good multivitamin or is he too young?

This cough may be a sign of asthma and it would be best to ask your doctor to see your baby son about his dry cough.Give him a probiotic daily to boost his immunity. Probiflora Children's is very effective.
