Q.

coughing

my daughter is 6 yrs old and coughs 80% of the time, i have taken her to a paed who said that she has a post nasal drip he gave meds for her it helped until the meds where finished, at least 5 times in the week she has a heavy chest, i am giving her bisolvon bt its not helping
i am so tired of giving her cough meds please advise

It is very possible that your daughter has asthma. Please go back to her doctor and ask him directly to see if this is the cause of her symptoms. In any case he needs to have her chest and sinuses X-rayed as she has significant symptoms of a chest problem.
