Q.

Cough

Hello Doc!

Both my kids, 2 and 4 years, have runny noses, for the past week now.
I started them on Sinupret last weekend, and they also get Mucispect twice a day, and they are on Avamys.
Problem is they are still both coughing, but only in the mornings.
Are there anything else I can try?
Thanks so much, your advice is always appreciated!!

Your children are probably both coughing due to a post-nasal mucous drip. The best way to clear their noses is to use a Sterimar spray at least twice a day. Once the drip stops their coughs should stop as well.
