Your baby is probably recovering from a recent chest infection caused by a virus. This chest infection is known as bronchiolitis. It takes between 2 to 6 weeks for some babies to stop coughing after this infection. Your doctor has advised good and safe treatment for your baby's cough. You can continue to use the aircon but be sure to keep the filter clean.
