cough

my daughter is 13 months old. 3 weeks ago she got tonsillits. she recovered but now it seems she is teething. she has this cough at night for about 3 weeks. her nose is running sometimes it is clear or greenish. she has no fever and doesnt seem sick. what can i do to get rid of this cough?

It is difficult for me to be sure about the cause of your daughter's cough without being able to examine her. Her cough may be due to a post nasal drip which is probaly the most likely cause. Keep her nose clear by using Salex nose drops twice a day until her nose is definitely clear.Do not give your baby any cough mixtures.
