Q.

Correct amount of milk for a one year old?

My one year old has a great appetite - she eats well and is on the heavy side for a girl of her age. She drinks 3 x 150ml plus 1 x 250ml bottles per day - is that sufficient milk for her? She eats a well balanced diet, but there is apparently a minimum amount of milk she should drink daily?

Thanks!

Your daughter is certainly doing well and is taking enough milk per day. She needs about 600ml of milk per day plus her other fluids as well, preferably water.
