Q.

Correct Age to introduce cows milk

Hi,

My son is 16months old and is on solids but still has x2 bottles during the night, when is it suitable to introduce cows milk as he has cows milk with his breakfast? And, is Nidothe way to go please?

Your son is certainly more than ready for a growth formula such as Nido at 16 months. He can also simply change over to regular full cream cow's milk if you prefer to do so.

The world health organisation says that full cream cows milk can be introduced from one year of age, prior to that formula should be used as a breastmilk subsitute if there is no access to donor human milk or moms.
