corn flakes

hi
i hav 2kids, Boy2 and Girl4 my kids love eating corn flakes both of them and the boy loves bread again they can just eat corn flakes the whole day and if i tell themits finished they so much and i feel bad.I once decided i want to stop buying the corn flakes for about two months it was hell of crying they would cry so loud when they want them i show them that it is not there.

So plz help me is it healthy enaf for them to eat them that much and not that i dont give other solid food i do but after eating their food the will ask for corn flakes on top

As you well know, Corn flakes alone is not sufficient nutrition for children.You need to stop this habit right now by being firm with your children. Say 'No' in a clear firm voice and don't plead with your children. Don't get cross either, just put them in their room immediately and close the door if they start to perform about corn flakes. Only let them out when they have stopped performing. Don't keep any corn flakes in the house until they are well over this habit.
