Constipation - 7mnth old boy

Hi Dr,
My 7month old boy suffers from severe constipation. I changed his formula to isomil 2 about a week ago due to severe flem and mucus problem. He couldn' t breath due to his blocked nose. He was on S26 Gold.
Now the blocked nose is better but he is severely constipated. I have tried prunes, prune juice, more fibre, water with brown sugar, glycerine suppositories, extra fluids etc...
I heard a story from a midwife that you must take a flaxseed oil (omega 3,6,9) capsule and cut it open and pour this oil over your baby' s food, and I have done even that to no avail!!!
What can i do?? Nothing seems to work!!!!

Isomil may cause some babies to become constipated. You will need to change back to a low allergy milk formula such as NAN HA. Let me know if your baby still has problems once on the nAN HA.
