First thing to do is to ensure that your daughter's diet includes plenty of fruit, fibre rich foods such as Pronutro, Weetbix and wholewheat bread plus plenty of fruit to eat and as much water as she wants every day.Do not give her any cheese. Once her diet is correct see how things go with her constipation and if she remains constipated please write again and I will advise you further.
