Do not give your baby water or juice now. It seems that solids you have given your baby may be causing his constipation. You can change his formula to Lactogen1 which will be less likely to cause constipation and stop his solids until he is 6 months old.Once he is 6 months you can re-start his solids beginning with a rice cereal and also giving him a small amount of fruit such as apple or pear. Then introduce vegetables such as pumpkin and butternut and sweet potato into his diet.
