Children who are constipated is one of the most common questions on this forum. The answer is always the same. make sure that your children eat lots of fruit and fibre rich food such as wholewheat bread and Weetbix and Pronutro. Also make sure that they drink plenty of water and they can have diluted fruit juice once a day.Reduce the amount of milk they drink to a maximum of 2 cups of milk a day. Avoid all cheese, but they can have the soft white cheese but not every day. Give your children a probiotic once a day. Probiflora makes a chewable children's probiotic.See how they do on this diet.
