Q.

Constipation

Hi My 16 Month old daughter suffers from constipation we have tried everything including taking her to Red Cross Hospital they gave her a emmena but it was only ok for that day. What can i do she cries of the pain please give me some advice

Shame i understand as i have the same problem with my 14 month old! he still eats very basic purity foods(very refined) i use pegicol 2/3 times a week as prescribed by my doctor which helps
