Q.

Constipation

Hi, my son (9 years old) seems to be constipated. He hasn' t had a bowel movement in 3 days and he is complaining of stomach cramps. What can I give him to help him along?

I am concerned that your son of 9 years should have suddenly become constipated. He is also complaining about stomach pain and cramps. There are several possible causes for this which may need to be excluded such as appendicitis. He should be seen by a doctor.
