Constipated from Birth

Hi Doc

my son is 6 month he has been constipated from i have changed his milk i dont have option any more, but last weekend as i was eating my weetbix i gave a spoon or two, and later that day he went number without any problem can i contuien giving him weetbix but milk should ihave, he also breast feed,

and i dont take any dairy products becasue i allergic is my milk heatlhy enough, does it have the calcuim that is needed is the anuthing that i can eat that suppliment calcuim ecxpet pills

You should continue to breast feed your baby. Your milk certainly has enough calcium for your baby.Your baby is a bit young to have Weetbix but if you mash it as fine as possible it should be alright to give to him.
