Q.

Constipated

My 5mth old baby is breastfed. He is constipated at the moment. Should I be giving him some water in between feeds? And will that help for the constipation?

It is very unusual for a completely breast fed baby to be constipated. Are you perhaps giving your baby a formula feed at any time during the day? If he is getting a formula feed change this to Lactogen1.You can also give your baby a little water. It may also be a good idea to start him on a rice cereal now.
