Constantly Hungry and Thirsty

I have a four-year-old son who is constantly asking me for something to eat even when he is full. He is also asking me for something to drink at about ever 10 minutes or so. He is a very active child. Not sure what to take this as, if he is just trying to get attention from me or what not. The doctor can' t seem to answer my question. We have been trying to check to see if he has any form of Diabetes but can' t seem to get him to urinate in a cup. He was been getting up lately after going to the bathroom before bed and about 2 hours later he is up again using the restroom.

Your son does have symptoms which strongly suggest diabetes. He must be seen by a paediatrician. A urine collecting bag can be used to get a urine specimen. He also needs a blood sugar test.
