In spite of the fact that your baby is gaining weight she seems to be vomiting after very feed. She probably has a reflux problem. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see her in order to be sure that she does not need any treatment for her reflux.

If the vomit is shooting all the way across the room every time, you should see your peadiatrician.

A little bit of posset after feeding is normal, and sometimes it can look like quite a lot when its actually just a teaspoonful.
Try not to move her around too much after a feed.

If it is huge amounts coming up, then perhaps she has reflux - which is rather rare in breastfed babies, but can happen, especially if baby was born early or premature, as the little valve won''t have fully developed yet and what goes in just comes back out again.
