Q.

Colic baby or is it another cause?

Good day Doc,

I have twin girls. One of them are on NAN Pelargon because she could not keep the NAN 1 in. She is now six weeks old and for the last couple of days she is screaming a very painly cry after and during every feed. She also spits the milk out during the feed. Her stool is yellow, runny and watery. We' ve tried telament or sometimes gripe water but it did not seem to give much relieve. We also strugle to burp her. Is the spitting problem part of the symptoms of a growth spirt? Should we change formular?

Your baby appears to have a problem with lactose intolerance. Either put her on a lactose free formula such as NAN or S26 LF or on a soya formula. It would be better to try a lactose free formula first.
