Dear Prof

Thank you in advance for your much appreciated advise.

My LG of 26 months has (for the second time now this winter) which I suspect is a bad cold. She has a runny/stuffed nose which I treat with Salex solution during the day, mucospect x 5ml once a day (as I put it in her tea when she goes to sleep as she would not take it any other way) and also some ACC 200 once a day. The mucous is clear and not milky or any other color. At night I rub her chest, back, neck and foot soles with Karvol or Puma. I also repeat the nose drops and sometimes give Iliadin.

She has no fever.

Am I doing enough and how long can she still experience this discomfort?

I don''t believe in " drying up"  the nose as I am scared it will then spread to chest or upper airway infections.

Kindest regards.
