Hi Doctor, my lg (2.5 years) woke up with a cold on Sunday morning, and i started giving her Creche Guard cough, cold and flu (has no pseudoephadrine or the other decongestant that is always warned against), saline solution in her nose 3 x daily, puma on her chest and her seretide pump as usual which she has been on for 6 months already....oh and scotts emulsion in the morning .and touch wood it seems to be helping. My question is - the seretide and crecheguard can be taken simultaneouly? Also it is a holdiay program at her creche and they have loads of fun things to do like rope jumping, racing with eggs and crawl racing to mention a few of the " physical"  things - is it ok for her to do all of that still...she doesnt look like she feeld sick...just a big congested..
Thank you kindly...

You have treated your child very well indeed. She has responded well to your expert care.As she has a cold and does not have any flu symptoms she can enjoy her holiday programme at her creche, which really seems to be very exciting.
