Hello Dr,
My little girl has started a cold. She is prone to viral wheezing so i would like to stop it before that if possible. Her nose is running clear and this morning when she got up she had a bit of a " rattle"  in her throat. She was also snoring a little in the night. I have been giving her Sterrimar for two day since the hint of her nose running and it is still clear but isnt ther anything else i can do?
Also can i give her Mucospect cough mixture if she starts coughing with phlegm on her chest as she is on the SERETIDE pump 2 x daily. Would i give it in the morning after the pump?
Then, what is the exact use of Illiadin nose spray? When or for whtat would you prescribe it? I know it is to dry the nose...but at what stage? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Just use the Sterimar to clear your little girl's nose. Mucospect will help her. Iliadin is used to open up a child's nose when it is very blocked as a result of a cold, but should not be used for more than 5 days.Keep up her Seretide and if her cough is wet and mucousy you can give her Mucospect.
