All of these illnesses you mention are caused by viruses. Sometimes when children get chicken pox the get quite a severe chest infection or even chicken pox pneumonia with the illness. Children can be chesty for quite a long period after the chicken pox has cleared up. Boost your little girl's immunity by giving her Scotts emulsion and keep her nose clear by using Salex nose drops at least once a day. This will help her a lot.
