Q.

Child eating

Hi there, I have a 5, and a 3 year old son. They eat extremely well, especially vegetables (loves raw green beans and Peas), and fruit. They actaully rather leave meat than veggies when they are finished eating. I am however worried since they are constantly hungry. They want to eat every hour. They are very active, not overweight at all and are dewormed every 6 months. Am I worried over nothing, or must I try and stop them now befor they become grownups with eating problems?

Your sons appear to be very healthy and happy. Also they are on a good diet. They do not have worms. Many children have this frequent snacking type of eating pattern and as long as they eat healthy, good food there is no need for concern.
