It is unusual for a boy of this age to develop a swelling of one breast. This may well occur in newborns due to oestrogen exposure during pregnancy, but this breast swelling does not last for long. A breast abscess may cause a swelling like this in boys of this age. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see your son. He will not require another Xray.
