Q.

Check up

Dear Doc

My daughter is 3 years 7 months. She did go to the clinic for her 3 year 6 months check up. We are leaving the coutry in Dec to go and stay in South America for a year.
I am concern to what will happen with her 4 years and 4 years and a half check up,we will be back before she turn 5 years old.

What does Doc suggest i do?

There is no need for your daughter to have a check up at her age unless she has any health problems now.If she is doing well and is happy and healthy then there really is no need to be concerned. She can have her next check up when she returns Make sure that she has any of the special vaccinations that are recommended for children travelling to the part of South America where you will be living. It is best to consult your nearest travel clinic.
