Hi Dr. Compliments of the season to you.

My daughter is 21 months old and i would like to change her from Isomil 2 to Isomil 3. Do i need to do a gradual change or can i just swap ??
She tested negative to FX5 but when on cow milk based formula she is very chesty hence i have put her on Isomil.

Thank you. Change to Isomil 3 now. You can change over straight away.Another possibility is regular soya milk in cartons.Give your daughter extra calcium. Speak to your pharmacist.
