Change of sleep habit

Hello Professor,
My little girl, 2.5 years for the last two months has been sleeping more. She used to only go to sleep at about 08:55 - and wake up at 06:20 or so but nowshe seems to need more sleep.
Last night at 07:20 she wanted to go to bed already (she climbs in my and hubby bed with me and we read a story) and then she takes her milk bottle and drinks it in her cot and goes to sleep and she was out by  08:00 and then in the morning i am lucky if she gets up by 07:15. I am a little concerned about this change (paranoid i know).
The changes in her life in the last 3 months: She has blossomed at school and loves it and they run around alot..she has grown trememnously in confidence and has become very busy.
She no longer sleeps in the afternoon over the weekend but goes to sleep by 18:30 /19:00.
Could this all just make her more tired? Maybe the cold?
She is much more busy. She is a good weight, growing nicely, eats very well. She cups her hands over her ears sometimes though but i have asked her if it hurts and she says I dont think there is anything wrong. Sorry for the long post..

Your little girl appears to be very healthy and happy. She is probably just a bit tired out after her busy day. Also she no longer sleeps in the afternoon. She may be sensitive to loud noises which is rather common at her age

Hi doc,
My son is almost 8 months now and sleeps very bad through the night.
I stopped breastfeeding after 3 months as I went back to work. When we switched over to formula, he slept through on several occasions, but from about 5 months on its been quite bad. I took him to a feeding expert at 6 months, and his weight and length was much bigger than a 6 month old, so he wasn''t getting enough nutrition. He gets 3 meals a day - breakfast (purity porridge), lunch(veggies with some meat) and dinner (veggies with some meat). He gets tea and fruit in between meals. He gets a bottle of milk about 45 mins after each meal. He suffers from reflux so I use nestargel with his milk. He has no teeth yet, and not sure if they''re going to start coming out soon.
Since last week, its not the usual moaning for a dummy anymore, he just cries and won''t go back to sleep easily. Waking between 3 - 5 times a night. I am a zombie as I work full-time, and not getting enough rest at night. Please help - any advise to get my boy to start sleeping better, even sleeping through the night if possible.
(Sorry for the long post)
