Celestimine

Please can you tell me what dose of Celestimine I can give to my baby who is 9.3Kgs for the treatment of croup?

You do not mention your baby's age, but I presume he/she is about 9 months old.Rather do not use Celestamine in such a young baby.Celestamine is a powerful, long-acting cortisone and it also contains an old fashioned antihistamine. I would advise you to use Aspelone 5ml daily for 5 days.In addition it will help to nebulise your baby with a medicine called Pulmicort.
